The next step is the most difficult one, actually going through with making an appointment and having an opportunity to share. I have no illusions as to how vulnerable you may feel at first, it’s daunting to trust another with your most personal and private thoughts and feelings, but know that I offer a safe space to explore where the psyhological distress may originate and look at ways in which this may be relieved.
